Terms of Service

Current draft terms for the OrgPhoto service.

1. The service

OrgPhoto generates PDF employee photo directories from data you upload. Accounts are subject to review and approval before use, and we may decline or suspend accounts at our discretion.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the rosters and photographs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service (i.e., to generate your directory and honor your retention choice). You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

4. Acceptable use

5. Retention

You select a retention option for each job. "Purge" jobs are deleted automatically after delivery; "library" jobs are retained until you delete them. You are responsible for keeping your own master copies of directories you need long-term.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable service but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrgPhoto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data you did not retain elsewhere. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to the OrgPhoto contact provided at sign-up.
