Privacy Policy

Effective date: on publication. This is the current draft policy for the OrgPhoto service.

Who we are

OrgPhoto ("we", "us") is a service operated under ryen.us that generates employee photo directories from customer-supplied data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, work email, organization name, and a hashed password.
Directory content you upload: employee names, titles, and photographs, plus the photo filenames in your roster.
Usage records: job metadata such as timestamps, page counts, and your retention choice, used to operate and support the service.

How we use it

To authenticate your account and provide the service.
To generate the PDF directory you request.
To retain or delete your files according to the retention choice you make on each job.
To provide support and maintain security.

We do not sell your data, use it to train models, or share it with advertisers.

Employee data & your responsibilities

The photos and names you upload are personal data of your employees. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to upload them and for complying with the laws that apply to your organization. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf and handle it only to provide the service.

Retention & deletion

Each job carries a retention choice: save to library (retained until you delete it) or purge (deleted automatically after delivery). You may request deletion of any stored item at any time; account records are removed on account closure, subject to any minimal records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2). See our Security & Data Handling statement for technical detail.

Your choices

Access, correct, or delete your account information.
Delete uploaded content and generated directories.
Contact us with any privacy question or request.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here.
